Our silly kiddos

Our kids keep growing up right before our eyes.  Sis is getting more silly all the time!  She is turning into quite the girly girl...loving her accessories, but still tough as nails too.  Parker is all over the place and knows the things he is not supposed to get into, but still does it with a smile on his face as he is looking back at me.  He is my little pumpkin!!  He is still a mamas boy and loves to give me hugs and kisses, especially when I put him to bed at night...melts my heart every night!  He is a very physical and coordinated kid and loves to egg Sissy on by pulling her hair.  There are going to be major battles in our future.
We have been busy with preparing for the holidays, Devon and Breanna's wedding, and Parker's first birthday, which is only a little over a month away!  We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!  Here are some of our many blessings...

Sis and her accessories

Mini Heath

Heath took the kids to see Great Grandma.  Sis was all over her, which she totally loved.

I LOVE food!!!

Sis always tries to lift Parker up, but says he's "too heavy".  She is only 6 lbs. heavier than him.

LOVE those baby blues

Strike a pose...there's nothin' to it...

The Ames Fire Station had an open house.  Sis loved the whole experience!

Alexandria took "putting the house fire out" VERY seriously.  She even turned the hose on/off all by herself.

Congratulations!!!

I love my Bubba!

Love this pic...so precious.

2 of my loves!

Parker giggles when Sis sits on him...most of the time.  Good thing she is only 8 lbs. heavier.

Our brown-eyed girl

You gotta keep your eyes open, Sis!

Parker smilin' even though Daddy stinks from workout class.

The new PJ's I got for Sis that she has not kept on for a full night because she insists on wearing her next day outfit to bed every night.

Showing off her BIG muscles!

Parker LOVES Daddy's guitar.  He crawls over to it all the time.  He gets excited and will totally sit still when Heath plays.

Sis is getting into wearing headbands more.  This one is mine and she refuses to let me put it in her hair the right way.  Also, check out the outfit.  This skirt has become part of her daily wardrobe.  I don't let her wear it to daycare everyday, but as soon as she gets home she puts it on.  And to top it off, she usually wears it with one of her PJ tops.

Oh yes, Parker loves Daddy's CD's too.  He has recently learned how to slide open these doors and pull them out, which does NOT make Daddy happy.  It doesn't bother me at all...I usually let him play with them to keep himself busy and then I just put them back when he is done.  What Daddy doesn't know won't hurt anything...shh.

Our 6 year Anniversary pic.  We went out for supper to our favorite resturant, Taki.  Then headed downtown Des Moines and went to a martini bar and we ended the night up in Story City for Rachel and Izzy's annual Halloween party.  We didn't dress up, so we caught slack for that.  It was a good night!  Thanks to Dad and Brenda for keeping the kids overnight for us!

Another pic with her favorite accessories...her puppy, skirt and cowboy boots.

Our Cowgirl and Bumblebee for Halloween

Had to take a pic with this awesome blow-up across the street from Judy's house (daycare).

We stopped at the Mall for trick-or-treating and Sis found a new friend while we were there!

Not sure what this pic is about...it's Breanna...that's all I know.

Ava came over last Saturday while Amber worked.  They had fun playing out in the leaves.
